1. Who we are

This site is published by Inimex, an intermediary in international trade based at 10 All. des Champs Elysées, 91080 Évry-Courcouronnes, France. Data controller contact: contact@inimex.fr.

2. What we collect

Data you enter in the forms: name, company, e-mail, phone, country, type of assignment, message.
Technical server logs: IP address, browser, date and time of request.
One session cookie (PHPSESSID) and one language cookie. No advertising or tracking cookie is set.

3. Purposes, legal bases and retention

4. Hosting and where data is stored

The host’s identity and the location of the servers will be stated here. In the meantime they are available on request at contact@inimex.fr.

5. Recipients and transfers outside the EU

Your data is intended for Inimex and its technical providers (hosting, maintenance). It is never sold or rented.

When an assignment is under way, business information — the name of the mandating company and the nature of the need — may be passed to suppliers or partners outside the European Union, only as far as necessary to perform the mandate and with your prior agreement.

7. Security

Forms are protected against automated submissions and against cross-site request forgery. Exchanges are encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
